Join us for the 2009 BB&T Charleston Food + Wine Festival this weekend. Charleston Cooks! is sponsoring the book signing tent in the Culinary Village. Bobby Flay will be signing books after his burger demonstration on Saturday. Charleston Cooks! will donate $10 of every Bobby Flay book sold this weekend to the MUSC Children’s Hospital.
Maverick Southern Kitchens is also proud to welcome Chef Jefferey Buben and Chef RJ Cooper from Vidalia in Washington D.C.; as well as Sara Floyd, Master Sommolier of Jorge Ordonez Importers in San Francisco to our Dine Around Dinner at Slightly North of Broad.
We also welcome Chef Hugh Acheson from Five and Ten Restaurant in Athens, GA; as well as Richard de Los Rayas from Row 11 Winery in California to our Dine Around Dinner at High Cotton.
