We were fortunate enough to have two guest chefs as well as two wineries join us for this year’s Wine + Food Festival Dine-Around. Chef Dean Max of 3030 Ocean in Fort Lauderdale, FL and local Chef Frabrice Rizzo of Macaroon Boutique teamed up with Chef Frank Lee and his kitchen to prepare a five-course dinner with wine pairings from Chateau Lagrange and Chateau d’Issan.
The smile on all of the chefs’ faces and the standing ovation from the guests at the end of the dinner were perfect illustrations of how the evening went…wonderfully!
