The fish were swimming. The wine was pouring. Ali the Albino Alligator was relaxing. The guests were eating.
Wednesday night’s Wine on the Water event at the South Carolina Aquarium was a huge hit! The more than 200 guests enjoyed food prepared by High Cotton Charleston, Amen Street Fish and Raw Bar, Blu Restaurant and Bar, The Buccaneer and Saffire at the Marriott. Each chef’s dish was paired with a wine.
High Cotton Chef de Cusine Ramon Taimanglo prepared a delicious Citrus Cured Sunburst Trout with shaved asparagus salad and smoked trout caviar!
Juding by the empty bottles and clean plates at the end of the evening, the guests had just as much fun as we did!
