"Congratulations! My sister and I had an wonderful time in October learning how to make shrimp'n'grits and other Lowcountry cuisine. More than just the recipes though, we really appreciated all the small tips about preparation along the way, that's what really set this class above the rest." - Joshua, November 2011 |

What is the difference between a participation and demonstration events?
A demonstration class is where you are sitting in the audience watching while we show you how to prepare the recipes. For a participation class, you will be up in the kitchen working with us hands-on to prepare the recipes.
What is included in the price of the class?
The price includes a generous tasting of all dishes prepared, along with 1-2 glasses of wine per person that is served with the meal. Everyone will also get a packet that includes all of the recipes to take home.
What do I need to do to book a private class?
Our kitchen calendar books up quickly, so please call us now to reserve the date for your private cooking class. We do ask for a deposit of $200 to reserve the date for you. The deposit would be refundable if the class was cancelled at least one month prior to the class date.
When do I need to provide a final head count?
We will need a final head count and menu confirmation at least one week prior to the class.
Can I add-on a take home gift for my guests?
