Charleston Cooking Classes: Special Event Details We offer two different kinds of classes: Participation Roll up your sleeves, and get ready to cook. You will work in groups with one of Charleston’s finest chefs to prepare your favorite dish or one of our Lowcountry favorites. The best part of all is sitting down at the end of the class to enjoy a restaurant worthy meal that you prepared! Demonstration Here’s your chance to watch and learn from one of Charleston’s finest chefs, and then of course you get to eat! Our chef will demonstrate a variety of cuisines and recipes, explaining their techniques in-depth as they go along. Find our exactly how they do it, and take home some insider secrets so that you can recreate the dishes at home.
