Charleston Cooks! Demonstration Cooking Classes are fun, interactive sessions about Southern food and how it's prepared. Each class is taught by our professional chef instructors and uses the freshest local ingredients available from our area farmers' markets.
Whether for yourself and a loved one or for visiting guests you'd like to entertain, come learn step-by-step how to make several different recipes. Then sit back and enjoy a generous tasting portion of each course, with a glass of wine! (And, you get to take the recipes home with you!)
