How it Works

Earn 1 point for every dollar spent

Monthly Promotion

Executive Chef Frank Lee has been cooking for 40 years - with contagious passion, engaging vision, hearty laughter, and a love of all things local. Chef Lee oversees every aspect of the culinary scene at Maverick, from menu concepts to staff development and relationships with local purveyors. Yet, he still spends a great deal of his time at the stoves in our restaurants' kitchens.

Don't miss this rare opportunity to learn first-hand, from a master, how to cook with local ingredients in a Participation Cooking Class instructed by Chef Lee.

Literally "get in the kitchen" at one of the Charleston Cooks! locations with Chef Lee as he guides you step-by-step through creating some of his favorite dishes using local meats, cheeses, and produce. Then sit and enjoy the meal you've helped to prepare (with a little wine, of course!). And the recipes are yours to keep!

  • Complete the enrollment form on the Maverick Collection brochure and present it to your server or sales associate.
  • Your processing fee will be added to your purchase that day.
  • You'll receive your Member Card immediately.
  • Activate your Member Card at our Member Center here to begin enjoying Maverick Collection!

Join Online:

  • Complete the enrollment form here and pay the $10 processing fee.
  • You'll receive confirmation of your processing fee payment immediately.
  • Your new account number will be emailed within one business day, and your Member Card will be mailed.
  • Activate your Card in Member Center here to begin enjoying Maverick Collection!

  • An email address must be provided to join Maverick Collection.
  • There is a one-time-only processing fee of $10 to cover administrative services, card and promotional materials. This fee must be paid at the time of your enrollment. Ten points will be added to your account.
  • Points for any purchases made at the time of your enrollment will be added to your account. Points are not added for purchases made prior to enrollment.
  • Points are earned for the subtotal of your purchase - excluding tax and gratuity - for all purchases at every Maverick Southern Kitchens location. Rewards may be redeemed for any item or service offered in Maverick Southern Kitchens locations. Points and rewards are not redeemable for cash. Points are rounded up to the next whole dollar when posted (ex.: a purchase sub-total of $50.01 earns 51 points).

  • Points for cooking classes are earned on the day the class is attended, not at the time of class purchase.
  • Only the member paying the bill will be credited with points for the purchase. Multiple members in the same party will earn points for their paid portion of the bill only.
  • Points for private dining events will be given to members enrolled for a minimum of six months and who have earned a minimum of 100 points.
  • Accounts with no activity for one calendar year will be deactivated.
  • Employees of Maverick Southern Kitchens are not eligible for membership.
  • You must be 18 years of age to become a member.
