Menu selections should be made no later than three weeks prior to the scheduled event. Menu prices and items are subject to change pending a signed contract. Please inform your events coordinator regarding dietary restrictions. Wine selections should be made no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Alcohol selections are offered based on the host choices for each event. Our Sommelier will assist you in any wine needs you may have. We also offer wine tasting dinners and pairings with your selected menu. A deposit of $10.00 per person is required to confirm an event. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded if a 30 day notice is given. The deposit is forfeited to High Cotton for any cancellations within 30 days of your event. One check will be presented upon conclusion of the event. Payment in full is due at that time unless other arrangements have been previously made. The deposit received will be deducted from the final bill. The room fee is $100.00 for private events. A service charge of 20% as well as 9.5% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges. Liquor is subject to an additional 5% state sales tax. A final guaranteed guest count is required 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. If no guaranteed guest count is given the client will be billed based on the original estimate given or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. High Cotton can assist you with many audio visual needs. You may rent a 6’ x 6’ screen for $20.00, an LCD Projector for $100.00, and a portable sound system for $75.00. Each Price includes set up and break-down. Charges are subject to 9.5% sales tax and 20% service charge. The French Quarter Room has both Wireless High Speed and High Speed DSL for your internet needs. This amenity is offered free of charge. The French Quarter room does not come with floral arrangements, but the events coordinating staff at High Cotton can create arrangements to fit your event. Each arrangement begins at $35.00. Please contact your events coordinator for details. Charges are subject to a 9.5% sales tax and 20% service charge. Please contact your events coordinator with any special needs or arrangements. Additional charges will apply to your final bill. High Cotton features live jazz every night from 6-10 pm and during Sunday brunch 10 am - 2 pm. The live music can be heard in all of our dining rooms. The French Quarter Room is equipped with 99 channels of satellite radio if you prefer a different style of music. The French Quarter Room is a private dining room that will accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated dinner and 75-80 guests for a cocktail reception. This lovely room overlooks the courtyard of the Lodge Alley Inn. A set of French doors open onto a small patio which can be used weather permitting. The French Quarter Room is 30’ X 25' with 3 columns in the room. |
