Brian Hesseltine

General Manager

Brian Hesseltine returns to Greenville, home of his alma mater, Furman University. Longtime Paladin football fans may remember him as a tall, rangy linebacker in the late 1970's. During his 30-year career, he managed restaurants across the country. During 11 years with Applebee's, Brian directed a group of 12 stores in North Carolina. He moved up the food chain to Lone Star Steakhouse, managing multiple units of their popular family steakhouses.

Gary Mennie

Executive Chef

Gary Mennie has received critical acclaim for his signature progressive American cuisine. Born and raised in the heartland of Pennsylvania, Mennie was introduced to the culinary world at a young age. His family grew vegetables and fruits in their backyard which left a lasting impression on Mennie, "By growing our own produce I was exposed to different kinds of foods and cooking which convinced me it was my calling to be a chef."
