Click here to make a reservation thru OpenTable™ Menu Selection Menu selections should be made no later than three weeks prior to the scheduled event. Menu prices and items are subject to change pending a signed contract. Beverage Selection Wine selections should be made no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Alcohol selections are offered based on the host choices for each event. Deposit / Payment A deposit of $10.00 per person is required to confirm an event. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded if a 30 day notice is given prior to the scheduled event. If cancellation is made 14 days prior to scheduled event 50% of the deposit received will be refunded. Any cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled event will result in a non-refundable deposit. One check will be presented upon conclusion of the event. Payment in full is due at that time unless other arrangements have been previously made. The deposit received will be deducted from the final bill. Room / Service Charge There is a $150.00 room fee for the Reedy River Room and the Board Room and $300.00 for the Falls Park Room. A service charge of 20% as well as 8% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges. Guarantee A final guaranteed guest count is required 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. If no guaranteed guest count is given the client will be billed based on the original estimate given or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. Miscellaneous Charges High Cotton does not allow beverages to be brought in for an event. If you choose to bring your own cake for a special celebration a $3.00 per person plating fee will apply. All miscellaneous charges are subject to a 8% sales tax and 20% service charge. Special Requests Our group dining coordinator will be happy to provide assistance with any special requests concerning your event. Examples of such requests include the need for audio visual equipment, floral arrangements or dietary concerns. The staff at High Cotton will be glad to make arrangements for such services. Additional charges will be added to the final bill.
