Stewards’ job duties include possessing a complete knowledge of the dish station: pots, pans, glassware, and silverware; how to operate the dishwasher; proper use of cleaning chemicals; understanding of Health Dept. requirements of the station; ability to empty trash and lift heavy objects. Required Skills:
Candidates must be able to perform basic kitchen preparation such as peeling shrimp, peeling and slicing potatoes, etc.; must have the ability to use a knife to cut vegetables; must be able to communicate, be cooperative, and be punctual and reliable.
