Description:
Work in the kitchen of Executive Chef Anthony Gray. Sous Chefs are responsible for various duties as outlined by the Chef to include, but not limited to ordering and receiving goods, implementing menus, training employees, managing employees, cost of sales, quality control, stocks, reduction sauces, butchering, desserts, prep lists, and maintenance of clean and safe work stations including Garde Manger, Sauté, Grill, Broiler, etc. Must be team oriented and a good communicator. Required Skills:
Candidates must possess prior experience in full service kitchens in a leadership role. We are seeking the career minded individual with a focus on excpetional food quality standards, growth and knowledge. Must have industrious work ethic, good knife skills, good communication, punctual and reliable.
