About the program Members of the Maverick Collection program earn points for every purchase they make at a Maverick property – one point for each dollar. These points are accumulated and rewards are offered for use during your next visit. To make sure these benefits are enjoyed only by members of Maverick Collection, we'll provide a special card, track your purchases with the latest technology (don't worry, your privacy is assured), and fairly apply to all members the basic procedures of the program. With Maverick Collection we want to show you our gratitude for your patronage. Just tell us how to communicate with you, then dine with us often! How the program works: 1. There is a one-time only, enrollment processing fee of $10 for all new members which must be paid at the time of your enrollment. You will receive Maverick points in your account for this fee. 2. Present your Maverick Collection card when you make a purchase or dine at any Maverick Collection property and you will receive one point for every dollar spent (tax and gratuity excluded). Your receipt will show your current point total, including the transaction just completed. Please note: Only the person paying the bill may be credited with points. 3. Every time you accrue 250 points your account will immediately be credited with a $25 reward, valid toward your next purchase at any Maverick property. You must present your Maverick Collection card in order to redeem this credit. 4. Earn Bonus Points for the following activities: Birthday and Anniversary: When you visit any Maverick Collection restaurant during the calendar month of your birthday or anniversary you can earn 50 bonus points. Simply bring the birthday or anniversary card sent to you by Maverick Collection, present it when you arrive for your meal and earn 50 bonus points! Maverick Tour: A bonus of 200 points will be earned every time you make purchases at each of the four Maverick Southern Kitchens properties within a calendar month. These points will be added to your account once purchases have been confirmed (or classes completed). Please note, there is a $10 minimum purchase required in all properties in order to receive awards. Terms and Conditions • There is a $10 enrollment fee* for all new members which must be paid at the time of your enrollment. We will add those points to your account right away. • Points are earned on all transactions with Maverick Southern Kitchens which include food, beverage, cooking classes, retail purchases, overnight guest rooms, private dining room rentals and gift card purchases. The points are based on the subtotal of your purchase -- before tax and gratuity are added. • Only the member paying the bill will be credited with points. Multiple members in the same party who want to earn points are responsible for paying their portion of the bill directly to the Maverick Collection property. • Points for group dining will be given only to established members. Members become established after six months in the program, and after earning a minimum of 100 points. • Members who refer group dining business to one of our properties, yet will not be responsible for payment, will be rewarded with referral fee of 25% of the subtotal from that event. • Reward certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired. • Points cannot be awarded for purchases made prior to enrollment. • Points will be awarded at the time of purchase with the exception of Charleston Cooks! classes which will awarded at the conclusion of the class. • Accounts with no activity for one year will be closed. • Card is for member use only and is not transferable. • The Maverick Collection program is for individual use only. Points cannot be credited to a company or business entity. • Points are not redeemable for cash. • Members will be charged $5.00 for replacement cards. • Employees and their families are not eligible to receive Maverick Collection points and memberships. • You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. • By completing the attached membership profile, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of the Maverick Collection program.
