Frank Lee Lee Cohen Lee Cohen General Manager Lee Cohen’s passion for hospitality and exemplary guest service is a natural extension of his experience with companies known worldwide for superior customer experience – Walt Disney World and Disney Regional Entertainment - where he held several restaurant management positions throughout the organizations. A native of Connecticut, Lee is a 1990 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York with an AA in Culinary Arts, and a 1992 graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration. In 2006 Lee was awarded certification as a sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers, after passing the introductory Level 1 exam in the top percentile of his class. His move to the Lowcountry in 2007 brought him to the Old Village Post House where he applies his knowledge of fine cuisine, wine, and hospitality to this neighborhood inn and restaurant, welcoming neighbors and travelers alike.
